Welcome to Level Cap!!!

My LM hit 120 while I was running the Thikil Gundu instance for the quest. So, to celebrate, I re-skinned the previous outfit to fit the icy climate of the Steel Keep!

If I’ve said it once I’ve said it before, Ered Mithrin is a beautiful region. It’s very different than any other region in game too, at least, in my opinion. It’s not like the Misty Mountains where the whole thing is covered in snow and it’s not like the Lone Lands where its just rock and stone. I mean, Ered Mithrin even has a pretty extensive forest area.

The area outside Thikil Gundu is also a particularly unique region. We’ve had snowy fortresses before, but there’s something eerie and supernatural about this one. There’s also just a grandeur about it. I mean, so. many. stairs.(I have this weird thing with long flights of stairs in the outdoors where I think they’re just super cool and pretty and I love them and yeah.) Outside the Steel Keep is a VERY beautiful place – if you ignore all the wights that is – but aside from the occasional frozen dwarves that follow you around, it’s remote, icy, isolated, and blue.

I mean look at those blue pillars!!

By this point I think I’ve finally gotten the hang of the Lore Master class – and with that being said, fighting is a lot more fun now. I don’t die all the time because I actually know how to use my pets (or at least I know a lot better than I used to).

So, to celebrate that as well, here are some action shots!

Time for the grind now, I guess!
